❓FAQs and Support

Welcome to the Smashzone frequently asked questions section. Here we answer all the important questions you may have about the app, the token, the reward system, and the project in general.

🧱 ABOUT THE APP

What devices is Smashzone available on?

The Android and iOS versions are currently in the process of being published on their respective stores. The app is free and does not include in-app purchases.

Do I need a wristband or smartwatch to use it?

YES. You need to collect your activity data in some way, with activity and geolocation permissions enabled. Syncing the collected data with your phone is vital. On Android, it connects directly with Google Health Connect. On iOS, we will use Apple HealthKit.

What data does the app collect to validate a match?

Validation combines:

  • Real location on a court

  • Steps, calories, activity type, heart rate*

  • Minimum duration of physical activity

  • Manual confirmation after the match

*Heart rate and activity type depend on the device.

Do I have to do anything to validate a match?

Yes, but it's very simple. You need to have the app installed, with active permissions, sync your physical activity data with your phone's health app, and open it after playing and syncing for the match to be validated.

What if a match isn't validated correctly?

The app will notify you if the criteria are not met. You will be able to see what went wrong and improve your next session or try again if the data doesn't finish syncing correctly. We are working to achieve maximum compatibility with the largest number of device brands on the market.

πŸ’° ABOUT REWARDS

How are $SMASH tokens earned?

Every time you validate a real match, you earn tokens. The reward depends on the total number of matches played globally (halving by tiers).

What is a halving?

For every 100,000 global matches, the reward per match is reduced. This makes the system sustainable and rewards early adopters.

Can I earn more tokens?

Yes. Besides playing, you can:

  • Complete daily missions and streaks

  • Participate in referrals

  • Share matches on social media

  • Vote in the patronage system

  • Participate in the launch airdrop/Season 0 testing phase.

How do I withdraw my tokens?

You will be able to withdraw your $SMASH from the app by connecting your wallet (WalletConnect). Tokens are stored off-chain until you decide to claim them.

πŸ”— ABOUT THE TOKEN

What is $SMASH?

It is the native token of the Smashzone ecosystem. It is used to reward physical effort, vote in the patronage system, and unlock future benefits.

What network is it built on?

$SMASH is a BEP-20 token on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). Compatible with wallets like Metamask, Trust Wallet, Binance Wallet…

What is its maximum supply?

1,000,000,000 tokens. No possibility of additional minting. The contract is audited and verified.

Is there a pre-sale or ICO?

No. The project has not conducted any private pre-sales or distributions. The launch will be 100% public, with a portion of the supply reserved for airdrops and rewards.

Who manages the token?

The team has renounced control of the contract after deployment. The token operates with no minting, no blacklist, and no hidden fees. Future decisions will be community-driven.

🌍 ABOUT THE COMMUNITY AND THE FUTURE

What is the patronage system?

Each month, 0.1% of the patronage fund is unlocked. $SMASH holders vote from the app for the player they want to support. The most voted player receives the entire fund for that month.

What makes Smashzone different from other crypto projects?

  • It rewards real physical effort, not staking

  • It uses a hybrid off-chain/on-chain validation

  • It's accessible even if you know nothing about crypto

  • It has real utility from day one

  • It doesn't speculate: it builds

What if I don't want to use tokens?

You can use Smashzone without ever touching a wallet. Everything works simply off-chain. But if you want to unlock its full potential, you can connect your wallet at any time.
